20' Exhibit Kit

Our 20' Exhibit Kits include everything you need to make a big impact at your next trade show or event. You'll get 20 feet in width of custom double-sided printed tension fabric backdrops plus high-powered LED lights and two wooden shelves perfect for displaying brochures, promotional material, or merchandise. Everything packs up into the included two hard-shell plastic wheeled cases, that seamlessly convert into your booth's custom podium counters. This case allows for easy transportation in any car or plane, as you can check the case into oversized baggage.

Graphic Care Instructions: Hand wash only with cold water. Do not use bleach. Fabric must be completely dry prior to storing.

A steamer may be used to reduce wrinkles and fold lines after the graphic is on the frame and zipped up.

Artwork may be submitted through our online portal at purchase or by email to: sales@modularexhibits.com. If your artwork is above 50mb per file, please contact us to share files.

You may submit your artwork during checkout, or we will happily contact you directly to coordinate artwork submission.

Preferred file format is PDF. No file size limit. Pillowcase zipper fabric is printed on 250gsm pure polyester with CMYK colours. Pantone colour matching is available upon request free of charge.

All images should be embedded
For maximum quality, 300 DPI is encouraged
File colour profile must be CMYK

How long is your turnaround?

Our turnaround time is 7-9 business days from the date the order is received and artwork is submitted. We send a proof next-day for review and approval to print. We ship all orders using UPS Priority Tracked service.

Rush Orders - if you have an urgent deadline, please contact us.

Turnaround time is from the date of final proof approval by client. We send proofs one day after receipt of print-ready artwork.
